Reggie's Den is a Trading Name of Detour Mail Order


POSTAGE

We have a minimum postal charge of £3.00 and postage is subsequently calculated on the weight of your parcel

Your order may be rejected if you 
a) Have not included the requested additional information before purchasing a VPS product

b) You have attempted to purchase items that we cannot sell to your terriroty

c) Your payment has not been authorised

d) You have attempted to purchase an item that we no longer carry in stock

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

  • In most cases orders will be sent by first class post via Royal Mail
  • Parcels over 2kg may be sent by Parcel Force
  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 days of confirming your order - You can check the progress of your order by visiting your account and clicking on "Query Order Status"
  • Special Orders or Item marked "on order" on your invoice will be sent within 7-10 days

Please note that neither Reggie's Den, nor it's parent Detour Mail Order can be held liable for a parcel once it has been handed over to the postal service. In the event your parcel is lost we will aim to replace all the items where possible. Refunds can only be issued once a successful claim has been made against the Post Office.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 28 days of ordering, we advise all customers check that their parcel is not awaiting collection at either the sorting office before contacting Reggie's Den as despite claims to the contrary you will not always be left a card to say delivery was attempted.

In the event your parcel is returned to us we will contact you and if requested will repost it to you. If that is not possible we will refund your order via the same method you paid for it (excluding postage)

RETURNS

If you are not happy with anything you have ordered you can return it (un-used and un-damaged) within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund (excluding postage), an exchanged item or a credit note. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation and we are sorry but we cannot accept returns on Special Orders (sorry). The returned item must be properly packaged and undamaged when it arrives back with us so it can be resold. Damaged returns will be liable to a handling charge.

If you feel your dog has had a bad reaction to a product or feel a product hasn't worked as you feel it should have, report it to the Veterinary medicines directorate or contact us and we'll report it for you

  • The office is manned between 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Orders can be taken by Telephone 7 days a week in line with our Conditions of Delivery Above
